It connects to your payment processor (starting with Stripe) and order systems (Shopify/WooCommerce) to flag high-risk orders in real time, recommend step-up verification (SMS/email confirmation, ID check, signature on delivery), and auto-compile dispute evidence packs when a chargeback happens. The AI component summarizes customer communications, extracts proof from tracking and logs, and drafts a processor-ready rebuttal using the right reason-code language. Brutal truth: you won’t beat Stripe/Radar or PayPal at raw fraud detection, and banks won’t share much data. The wedge is operational: fewer missed disputes, faster responses, and clearer actions for non-experts. Monetize via monthly subscription plus per-dispute automation fees.
