ChargeSlot is a mobile + web app for last-mile delivery fleets to pre-book EV charging sessions at partner depots, public chargers, and micro-hubs—based on tomorrow’s route plan. Instead of drivers hunting for an available plug (and losing delivery time), dispatchers allocate charging “slots” tied to vehicle SOC, route distance, and shift start times. The app integrates with telematics to predict when each vehicle must charge, then suggests the cheapest/closest available slot and enforces a simple check-in/check-out flow to reduce charger squatting. It also tracks dwell time, missed reservations, and charger reliability so ops teams can stop relying on broken stations. This is not a consumer charging map; it’s an operations tool that treats charging like a schedulable resource. Realistically, success depends on securing charger partners and delivering measurable reduction in downtime within 30 days.
