ChargeSplit is a POS add-on that makes complex tenders (split cards, cash+card, gift card+card, partial payments, deposits, and pay-at-table) quick and error-resistant. It plugs into existing POS systems via API or lightweight middleware, then guides the cashier with a single, step-by-step payment flow that prevents common mistakes (wrong tender type, incorrect remaining balance, duplicate charges). It also generates a customer-facing QR receipt page showing exactly who paid what, reducing disputes and chargebacks. For managers, it provides a reconciliation dashboard that flags mismatches between POS totals and processor settlements, highlighting likely causes (voids, returns, partial approvals).
