CheckUpCoach is a mobile + web AI-assisted health education app that turns confusing preventive-care guidelines into a personalized, plain-language checklist. Users answer a short intake (age, sex at birth, family history, smoking, pregnancy status, meds, basic conditions) and get a timeline of recommended screenings, vaccines, and lifestyle prevention topics with “why it matters” explanations and credible citations (USPSTF, CDC, WHO). It also generates a one-page “Doctor Visit Prep” summary with questions to ask and what to bring, helping users advocate for themselves without pretending to diagnose. The app focuses on education and action: reminders, printable summaries, and local resources (low-cost clinics, vaccination sites). It avoids the trap of being another generic wellness content library by being narrowly about prevention decisions and visit readiness. Monetization is subscription for individuals and employer/benefits add-ons.
