ChemGuard

ChemGuard is a mobile + web app for aquatic facilities to reduce surprise shutdowns caused by water-quality drift, missed checks, and inconsistent staff procedures. Staff log tests (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, temp, turbidity) in seconds, with required photo proof of test strips/meters and automatic time/location stamping. The system flags out-of-range readings, calculates corrective dosing guidance based on pool volume and chemical type, and escalates alerts to supervisors when readings aren’t rechecked on schedule. A lightweight AI layer spots patterns like recurring morning pH crashes, frequent combined chlorine spikes after swim lessons, or specific shifts with missed checks, then recommends schedule/process changes. It also generates audit-ready reports for health inspectors and internal compliance, reducing paperwork and “he said/she said” accountability. This is not glamorous—it's operational hygiene—but it targets a real, expensive problem: closures, refunds, and reputational damage.
