ChemoDose
ChemoDose is a clinician-facing web app (with optional mobile companion) that standardizes oncology chemotherapy dosing and regimen checks at the point of prescribing. It calculates dose based on BSA, renal/hepatic function, and protocol-specific rules; flags contraindications, cumulative dose limits (e.g., anthracyclines), and high-risk drug interactions; and produces a pharmacist-ready verification summary. An AI layer can read structured inputs and draft a concise rationale note, but the core value is deterministic protocol logic and auditable calculations. The app is designed for small-to-mid oncology clinics that still rely on spreadsheets, PDFs, and manual double-checks. It includes regimen templates, versioning, and an approval workflow so medical directors can lock protocols. This is not a replacement for an EHR; it’s a focused safety tool that reduces preventable dosing mistakes and speeds up verification.
