ChildScript

ChildScript is a mobile + web AI-assisted journaling and “inner child” practice app that focuses on one thing: turning vague reflection into repeatable micro-sessions you can actually finish. Users pick a trigger (criticism, abandonment, shame, people-pleasing), then the app guides a 7–10 minute script: body check-in, memory snapshot, needs identification, and a short re-parenting response you can reuse. The AI helps you name emotions and generate alternative self-talk, but it’s constrained: no therapy claims, no diagnosing, no endless chat. It also includes a “Reality Check” module that flags common self-deception (spiritual bypassing, over-intellectualizing) and pushes you toward concrete next actions (boundary text draft, repair conversation outline). Progress is measured by completion streaks and reduced trigger intensity ratings, not inspirational quotes. Exportable summaries help users share with a therapist if they have one.
