ChoiceAudit

ChoiceAudit is a lightweight decision-review tool for teams that make frequent high-stakes calls (product, hiring, pricing, policy). Users paste a decision summary, alternatives considered, and key evidence; the app then runs a structured “bias checklist” (confirmation bias, anchoring, sunk cost, availability, survivorship, etc.) and asks targeted follow-up questions to surface missing data and weak reasoning. It outputs a one-page Decision Brief: assumptions, disconfirming evidence to seek, pre-mortem risks, and a recommended next action (decide, delay, run a test, gather specific data). It also tracks decision outcomes over time to show which biases recur and where process changes help. This is not therapy and won’t magically make people rational; it’s a practical workflow add-on that fits into existing docs and meetings. Best used as a 10-minute gate before irreversible decisions.
