ChoiceAudit
ChoiceAudit is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that turns messy real-world decisions into a repeatable, bias-aware workflow. Users create a “decision card” (hire, pricing, roadmap, vendor, policy), list options, and enter the evidence they actually have. The app then runs short, structured prompts to surface common failure modes (confirmation bias, anchoring, sunk cost, availability, groupthink) and forces explicit confidence ranges and disconfirming evidence. It generates a one-page decision memo with assumptions, what would change your mind, and a pre-scheduled review date. Teams can collaborate asynchronously, with anonymous input to reduce authority bias. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes notes, detects overconfident language, and suggests missing counter-evidence prompts, but the user stays accountable for final judgments. It’s designed to be used in 10 minutes, not as a philosophy lesson.
