ChordCoach helps guitar and ukulele learners practice the chords they actually need for songs, with fast, realistic feedback. You pick a song (or paste a chord chart), and the app generates a focused practice plan: chord shapes, transitions, and strumming patterns. Using on-device audio analysis, it listens while you play and scores timing, chord clarity, and transition speed—then drills the weakest transitions with short, repeatable loops. It also includes a “no excuses” mode: 5-minute daily sessions with one measurable goal (e.g., clean G-to-D in 90 BPM). This isn’t a full music school; it’s a tight tool for the most common beginner failure point: switching chords cleanly in time. Expect some limitations: noisy rooms and cheap mics reduce accuracy, and it won’t replace a teacher for technique issues like posture or tension.
