ChoreoFlow

ChoreoFlow is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams companion) for ecosystem teams who are drowning in partner requests, approvals, and “who owns this?” chaos. It centralizes partner workflows—onboarding, deal registration, MDF requests, co-marketing approvals, security reviews, and escalations—into one orchestrated queue with clear owners, SLAs, and audit trails. The product is a combination traditional + AI: traditional workflow engine plus AI to auto-triage incoming requests, extract key fields from emails/forms/docs, and suggest next-best actions based on policy and past outcomes. It integrates with Salesforce/HubSpot, Jira/ServiceNow, and shared drives so teams stop copying data between systems. The goal isn’t to replace PRM/CRM; it’s to make cross-company execution measurable and predictable, especially when multiple internal teams (sales ops, legal, security, marketing) must coordinate to serve partners.
