Choreograph

Choreograph is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns recurring “tribal knowledge” work into guarded, step-by-step automations. Instead of trying to fully automate everything (which usually breaks), it builds semi-automated runbooks: the AI watches how a task is done once (via browser extension + API connections), proposes an executable workflow, and inserts approval gates where risk is high (money, customer data, production changes). Each workflow has an audit trail, rollback steps, and “confidence checks” (e.g., verify totals match, confirm record counts, detect anomalies) before it proceeds. It supports common ops tasks like onboarding/offboarding, invoice follow-ups, CRM hygiene, weekly reporting, and ticket triage across tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Stripe. The product is honest about limits: it focuses on repeatable cross-tool chores, not open-ended reasoning or complex RPA.
