ChorePact

ChorePact is a mobile app that turns family routines into clear, enforceable agreements instead of vague reminders. Parents set recurring routines (morning prep, homework, screen time shutdown, bedtime) and assign responsibilities with simple “if-then” consequences and rewards that everyone can see. Kids get a daily checklist with one-tap completion and optional photo proof for tasks like packed backpacks or cleaned rooms. The app tracks streaks and missed items, then generates a weekly “family meeting” summary: what worked, what didn’t, and which routines are slipping. It’s not trying to be a full calendar replacement—just a lightweight routine contract. An AI assistant helps parents draft age-appropriate routines and realistic task durations, but the system stays rule-based so it doesn’t feel random or unfair. Expect pushback from kids at first; the value is consistency and reduced negotiation fatigue.
