ChoreProof
ChoreProof is a mobile + web app that helps couples divide household labor using lightweight evidence, not arguments. Each recurring task has an owner, a due window, and a simple “proof” flow: snap a photo, short note, or timer log (e.g., 12 minutes tidying). The app turns completions into a weekly dashboard that shows who handled what, how often, and how long it took—without trying to micromanage how people do chores. It also supports “invisible labor” categories (planning, scheduling, buying gifts) with quick check-ins and templates so those tasks aren’t ignored. The goal is not gamification; it’s clarity and accountability when one partner feels they’re carrying more. Expect some friction: users who hate tracking will resist, so the product must be fast, minimal, and optional in how strict it is.
