ChronoMeals

ChronoMeals is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps users align meal timing with their personal circadian rhythm to reduce late-night cravings, energy crashes, and inconsistent sleep. It builds a realistic “eating window” plan using a short onboarding (wake time, sleep time, work schedule, caffeine, training days) and optional integrations (Apple Health/Google Fit sleep, wearable data). The app focuses on timing, not dieting: it suggests when to eat, when to stop, and how to shift gradually for night owls, shift workers, and frequent travelers. It also includes a simple hunger/energy check-in that trains the plan over time. This is not a medical device and won’t claim to treat conditions; it’s a behavior and scheduling tool with evidence-informed guidance and clear disclaimers.
