ChronoProof is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that gives luxury watch service centers and collectors a tamper-evident “service passport” per watch. Shops log intake condition, movement photos, parts replaced, pressure-test results, timing metrics, and warranty terms in a standardized format. The AI component helps auto-extract serial/reference numbers from photos, flags inconsistencies (e.g., wrong caliber for reference), and suggests required checks based on brand/model and service type. Customers get a shareable record that increases resale trust; shops reduce disputes (“you scratched it,” “you swapped my parts”) with time-stamped evidence. It also includes a simple chain-of-custody workflow for shipping/hand-offs and a parts authenticity log (supplier, invoice, batch). This is not a marketplace; it’s a compliance-grade record system that fits how repair businesses actually work.
