ChurnChangelog
ChurnChangelog is a web app that connects your product analytics and support signals to your release notes, then tells you—plainly—what to ship next to reduce churn. It ingests feature requests, bug reports, NPS comments, and cancellation reasons, clusters them into themes, and maps each theme to affected cohorts and revenue at risk. When you draft a changelog entry, it predicts which cohorts will care, suggests the clearest wording, and generates in-app announcement variants with measurable hypotheses (e.g., “reduce cancellations from cohort X by Y%”). It also tracks post-release impact automatically by watching churn, activation, and ticket volume changes. This is not a generic roadmap tool: it’s a “did this release pay off?” system that forces accountability and helps small teams prioritize work that actually moves retention, not vanity shipping.
