ChurnCompass is a web app (with optional mobile dashboard) that helps subscription businesses reduce cancellations by generating personalized “save” recommendations at the moment a user shows churn risk. It plugs into Stripe, Chargebee, and common product analytics to detect patterns like declining usage, failed payments, or plan mismatch. The system then recommends the next best action: a plan downgrade, pause option, targeted feature education, credit, or a time-limited offer—plus the message copy to send via email/in-app. It’s not magic: results depend on clean event data and enough volume, and it won’t outperform teams that already run mature experimentation. But for the huge middle market with weak retention ops, it provides a practical, measurable workflow: risk scoring, recommended interventions, and A/B tracking to prove what actually saves accounts. Pricing can be tied to retained MRR so customers only pay when it works.
