ChurnPilot

ChurnPilot is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that recommends the next best action for customer success teams to reduce churn and expand accounts. It ingests product usage events, support tickets, billing status, and CRM notes, then generates account-level recommendations like “schedule onboarding refresh,” “push feature X,” “offer annual discount,” or “escalate bug Y,” each with confidence, rationale, and expected impact. The system learns from outcomes (renewal, expansion, downgrades) to improve recommendations over time. It’s not a generic churn dashboard; it’s an action queue that tells reps what to do today, with templates for emails and call agendas. Realistically, the biggest challenge is data quality and integration friction, so the MVP focuses on 2-3 common sources and a lightweight event schema, plus manual overrides to bootstrap learning.
