ChurnRadar is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps B2B SaaS teams detect and act on churn risk using product usage + support + billing signals. It connects to Stripe, Intercom/Zendesk, and your data warehouse, then builds a simple health score per account with explainable drivers (e.g., usage drop, unresolved tickets, failed payments, key feature not adopted). It pushes weekly “at-risk” digests, creates playbooks for CSMs (what to say, what to offer, what to check), and tracks whether interventions actually change outcomes. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes account context and drafts outreach, but the scoring stays transparent and adjustable so teams can trust it. It’s realistic for SMB/mid-market SaaS that can’t afford or operate heavyweight customer-success platforms.
