ChurnRadar is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps product managers detect churn risk early by unifying product usage signals, billing events, and support friction into one “Retention Risk Queue.” Instead of generic dashboards, it outputs a prioritized list of accounts/segments, the top behavioral drivers (e.g., feature abandonment, time-to-value delays, repeated errors), and suggested interventions (in-app nudge, lifecycle email, CSM task, bug fix). It’s brutally practical: you connect Segment/Amplitude, Stripe, and Zendesk/Intercom, then it generates weekly retention briefs and alerts when leading indicators spike. The MVP focuses on small-to-mid B2B SaaS teams that don’t have a dedicated data scientist but still need credible, explainable churn signals. It won’t magically predict the future; it will reliably surface actionable patterns faster than manual analysis.
