ChurnRadar is a web app (with Slack integration) that flags at-risk accounts using the signals you already have: product usage, support tickets, billing events, NPS/CSAT, and CRM notes. It builds a simple, auditable “health score” per account, then explains what changed (e.g., logins dropped 40%, unresolved P1 ticket, champion left) and suggests the next best action with playbooks your team configures. The goal is not magic AI—it’s a practical early-warning system that reduces surprises in renewals and forces consistency across CSMs. You’ll get weekly risk digests, renewal pipeline views, and a lightweight task workflow so risks turn into outreach. If you don’t have clean data, it will still work, but it will be blunt: it will tell you what’s missing and how much confidence to place in each alert.
