ChurnRadar

ChurnRadar is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps small B2B SaaS teams detect churn risk early using the data they already have: Stripe, HubSpot, Intercom, and product events (Segment/Amplitude). It builds a simple health score per account, flags sudden drops in usage, failed payments, unresolved support threads, and stakeholder disengagement. Instead of promising magic “AI saves your business,” it focuses on actionable workflows: create a renewal playbook, assign an owner, and track outcomes. The AI component drafts concise risk summaries and suggested outreach emails based on recent signals, but the app is designed to work even if AI is turned off. The goal is to replace messy spreadsheets and gut-feel with a lightweight, auditable churn prevention queue that a 2–10 person team can actually maintain.
