ChurnSentry
ChurnSentry is a web app (with optional Slack alerts) that helps B2B SaaS and subscription businesses predict customer churn and act on it. It connects to Stripe, HubSpot/Salesforce, and product analytics (Segment/Amplitude) to build a unified customer health timeline. The app trains a churn-risk model, explains the top drivers per account (usage drop, support spikes, payment failures, contract stage), and automatically creates playbooks: tasks for CSMs, email sequences, or discount approval requests. It also tracks whether interventions actually reduce churn via simple uplift-style reporting, so teams stop doing “busywork retention.” This is an AI + traditional app: AI for modeling, driver explanations, and recommended next-best actions; traditional for integrations, dashboards, and workflow automation. It’s intentionally narrow: churn prediction that is usable by non-data teams, not a generic BI tool.
