ChurnShield

ChurnShield is a plugin for Stripe + customer support tools that flags churn risk early and triggers the right retention actions automatically. It watches signals like failed payments, downgrade attempts, low product usage, negative support sentiment, and long response times, then assigns a churn score per account. The plugin can open a retention ticket, send a targeted in-app/email offer, route VIP users to faster support, or prompt a CSM to intervene with a playbook. It also explains “why this user is at risk” with a short evidence list so teams don’t ignore the alert. The MVP focuses on small SaaS teams that lack a data analyst but still need churn control. This is not magic: it won’t fix a bad product, but it will reliably catch preventable churn (billing issues, neglected customers, and slow support) and help teams act faster with less guesswork.
