ChurnSignal is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that turns customer cancellations, refunds, and “why I’m leaving” feedback into actionable marketing strategy. It connects to Stripe, Chargebee, Shopify, and common helpdesks, then clusters churn reasons by segment (plan, acquisition channel, company size, lifecycle stage). The AI layer summarizes patterns, flags emerging issues, and generates testable hypotheses like “Positioning mismatch for agencies” or “Onboarding friction for self-serve users,” along with suggested experiments (landing page copy, email sequences, pricing tests) and expected impact ranges. It also tracks whether changes reduce churn and improve activation, so strategy isn’t just a slide deck. This is not a magic growth machine: it’s a decision-support tool that makes churn data usable for marketers who otherwise drown in scattered notes, tickets, and spreadsheets.
