ChurnSignal
ChurnSignal is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion for alerts) that helps Substack and newsletter creators reduce subscriber churn by detecting early warning signals and triggering targeted retention actions. It connects to Stripe (or Substack export + payment data), email sending platforms (where available), and link tracking to build a simple “subscriber health” score: open/click decay, payment retry risk, content mismatch (what they clicked vs what you publish), and time-since-last-engagement. The app then suggests concrete interventions: a win-back email sequence, a personalized “best of” bundle, a downgrade offer, or a survey that actually routes responses into segments. This is not a generic analytics dashboard; it’s a retention workflow tool that tells you who is likely to cancel next week and what to do about it, with one-click actions and measurable outcomes. The MVP focuses on a few high-signal metrics, simple segmentation, and automated campaigns that creators can run without needing data skills. Creators can also A/B test retention offers and see churn reduction and revenue saved, not vanity metrics.
