ChurnSleuth

ChurnSleuth is a web app (traditional + AI) that connects to Stripe, app analytics, and support inboxes to pinpoint the real reasons customers cancel. Instead of generic dashboards, it automatically clusters cancellation reasons from open-text surveys, support tickets, and chat logs, then ties them to product events (e.g., feature not used, onboarding drop-off, pricing shock). It generates a weekly “Churn Brief” with the top 3 fixable drivers, affected segments, and the smallest experiments likely to move retention (e.g., lifecycle email, in-app tooltip, pricing copy change). It also provides a lightweight cancellation-flow widget you can embed to capture structured data without annoying users. This is not a magic churn-stopper—most churn is product-market fit or pricing—but it will stop teams from guessing and wasting months on the wrong fixes.
