CircleDues

CircleDues is a mobile + web app for small, non-mainstream religious and spiritual groups (pagan circles, covens, druid groves, humanist chapters, syncretic communities) to collect membership dues and event contributions without spreadsheets, cash boxes, or constant reminders. It supports recurring dues, sliding-scale pricing, one-off ritual/event fees, and transparent budgets so members can see where money goes. Organizers can create events, cap attendance, and track supplies funded by the group. Members get simple payment links, receipts, and opt-in anonymity for sensitive groups. The app focuses on practical administration, not theology: it’s built to reduce friction and drama around money, which is a common reason small communities burn out. It also includes lightweight governance tools (vote on budget items, approve reimbursements) to keep decisions documented and fair.
