CircleLog

CircleLog is a web + mobile app for teachers to capture conflict incidents in under 60 seconds, then run a consistent, school-approved resolution workflow. It provides guided scripts for brief hallway mediations, restorative chats, and parent follow-ups, with checklists that keep adults aligned and reduce “he said/she said” ambiguity. An AI assistant can summarize notes into neutral language, suggest next-step questions, and flag patterns (repeat pairs, hotspots by time/location) without pretending to be a therapist. The app generates printable summaries for admin and parents, and tracks outcomes over time so schools can see what actually reduces repeat incidents. It’s realistic: it won’t “solve behavior,” but it will cut documentation time, standardize responses, and make follow-through measurable. Privacy controls support role-based access and district retention policies, because mishandling student data will kill adoption.
