CircleTrack

CircleTrack is a web + mobile app for running restorative practices (circles, conferences, re-entry plans) with consistent documentation and follow-through. Teachers and deans can quickly log incidents, schedule circles, invite participants, and capture agreements in a structured template that’s actually usable during a tense moment. It includes a lightweight AI assistant that turns messy notes into a clear summary, suggested questions, and an action plan—without pretending to replace human judgment. The app tracks commitments (apologies, repairs, check-ins) with reminders and completion status so restorative work doesn’t die after the meeting. Admin dashboards show patterns by location/time, repeat harms, and completion rates, helping schools prove implementation beyond “we tried circles.” Privacy controls and role-based access are built for schools that can’t risk oversharing sensitive student information.
