CircuitSage

CircuitSage is a web + mobile energy management system for small commercial buildings that already have smart meters or interval utility data but no time to analyze it. It automatically ingests utility interval data (Green Button where available, or CSV exports), normalizes it, and flags the most common cost leaks: after-hours baseload, weekend run time, demand spikes, and HVAC schedules that don’t match occupancy. Instead of generic tips, it produces a prioritized action list with estimated monthly savings, confidence level, and the exact time windows to investigate. It also generates “proof” reports (before/after charts) so facility managers can justify changes to owners. This is not a magic AI that controls your building; it’s a pragmatic analytics + workflow tool that helps teams act on obvious inefficiencies quickly, with minimal integration pain.
