CircuSense

CircuSense is a web + mobile app that helps building teams understand circulation using real occupancy signals instead of guesswork. It ingests anonymous people-count data from existing cameras (via on-device processing), Wi‑Fi probe counts, or simple doorway sensors, then turns it into heatmaps, dwell-time charts, and “pinch point” alerts by time of day. Teams can compare before/after changes (signage, furniture moves, schedule shifts) and export a simple circulation report for stakeholders. The product is intentionally narrow: it does not try to be a full BIM tool or security platform. It focuses on one job—prove where movement breaks down and quantify improvement. Setup is guided, with templates for offices, hospitals, campuses, and retail. Privacy is a first-class constraint: no face recognition, no identity tracking, and configurable retention to satisfy legal and union concerns.
