CircuSketch

CircuSketch is a web + desktop (Windows/macOS) app for architects and facility planners to quickly evaluate circulation quality in floor plans. Users import a PDF/DWG, trace key routes (entry-to-reception, nurse-to-patient, kitchen-to-dining, egress paths), and the app calculates walking distances, conflict points, pinch zones, and door/corridor compliance against configurable rules (e.g., minimum clear widths). It generates a simple “circulation score” plus annotated overlays and a one-page report clients can understand. An AI-assisted mode can auto-detect walls/doors and propose likely circulation spines, but the core workflow stays manual-first because plan quality varies wildly and false positives waste time. The goal is not fancy simulation; it’s fast, defensible evidence to support layout decisions during schematic design and renovations.
