CircuTrace

CircuTrace is a web + mobile app that helps small and mid-sized brands run closed-loop packaging programs without fancy hardware. Customers scan a QR on a reusable container to check it out, then scan again at return (in-store or via partner drop points). The system tracks container IDs, cycle counts, loss rates, and real reuse impact (not marketing math). Brands get a simple dashboard showing which locations leak inventory, which customers return reliably, and when containers should be retired. It also supports deposits and rewards, but the core value is operational: knowing what’s actually coming back and where the loop breaks. Be aware: adoption is the hard part—this only works if returns are convenient and staff actually use it. CircuTrace focuses on quick workflows and minimal training to reduce that friction.
