CIReproKit

CIReproKit is a web app + lightweight CLI that turns a failed CI job into a reproducible local sandbox. It captures the exact commit, dependency lockfiles, environment variables (redacted), container image, and test selection, then generates a “repro bundle” developers can run locally or in an ephemeral cloud runner. The goal is not to replace your CI, but to eliminate the time-wasting guesswork when a pipeline fails only in CI. It integrates with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and CircleCI via webhooks and minimal config, then posts a link on the failing job with a deterministic repro command. An AI-assisted mode summarizes likely root causes (race conditions, missing services, timeouts) and suggests targeted reruns, but the core value is deterministic reproduction and evidence capture. Expect some orgs to resist due to security concerns; the product must be extremely transparent about what it collects.
