CiteSpark
CiteSpark is a web app (with optional Chrome extension) that helps educators create credible educational content by attaching verifiable sources to every claim. You paste a draft lesson, worksheet, or slide text, and it highlights factual statements, suggests reputable references (open web + your institution’s library links), and generates clean citations (APA/MLA/Chicago) plus a “source pack” students can access. It also flags weak or outdated sources, paywalled links, and potential hallucinations when you used AI to draft. The goal isn’t to write your content—it’s to make what you publish defensible, auditable, and easier to update next semester. Export to Google Docs, Word, and LMS formats with a bibliography and per-claim footnotes. This is realistic because it narrows scope to verification and citation workflows, which are painful and time-consuming today.
