Users earn a local reliability score that’s based on completed commitments, not popularity. Communities can be created around a building, block, school, or faith group, with optional admin moderation and safety controls (limited profile exposure, in-app chat masking phone numbers). Monetization is realistic: subscriptions for property managers/HOAs and local orgs, plus optional background-check add-ons.
