It includes a shared task timeline, document versioning, and a compliance checklist tailored to common cross-border realities (sanctions screening prompts, GDPR/DPDP flags, procurement thresholds, and required sign-offs). It’s not a replacement for lawyers; it’s a coordination layer that reduces back-and-forth, missed requirements, and stalled starts.
