CivicPilot

CivicPilot is a web + mobile app for social entrepreneurs and community groups to plan, fund, and execute small local projects with real accountability. It combines lightweight project management (milestones, owners, budgets) with simple evidence capture (photos, receipts, attendance) and public-facing updates that donors and residents can actually understand. The AI layer helps turn messy field notes into structured reports, flags missing proof, and suggests realistic timelines based on similar projects. The goal is not to “measure impact” in an abstract way, but to reduce operational friction: fewer lost receipts, fewer unclear responsibilities, and fewer last-minute reporting scrambles. It’s designed for low-capacity teams running after-hours initiatives, where turnover is high and documentation is inconsistent. Pricing is aimed at small orgs: a free tier for tiny projects and paid tiers for multi-project teams and municipal partners.
