It ingests agendas, minutes, ordinances, procurement notices, and meeting videos/transcripts, and lets users follow topics (zoning, cannabis, labor rules, permits, taxes) and jurisdictions. The AI layer summarizes long documents, highlights changes between versions, and flags items likely to impact operations or reputation. Users can set “watchlists” for competitors, addresses, or keywords, and generate a weekly briefing for executives. This is not a magic policy oracle: it’s a workflow tool that reduces manual monitoring and missed meetings.
