CivicRoster

CivicRoster is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes operational ownership across a public agency: who is responsible for each service, vendor, policy, system, facility, and recurring obligation. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and tribal knowledge with a living directory of accountable owners, deputies, escalation paths, renewal dates, and required artifacts (contracts, insurance certs, SOPs, audit evidence). The app sends deadline alerts, auto-generates “who to call” pages for incidents, and produces simple continuity reports for leadership and auditors. It’s a traditional app with light AI: AI helps ingest messy legacy docs (PDF contracts, org charts) and suggest owners, renewal dates, and missing fields, but humans approve everything. This is not glamorous software; it’s operational hygiene that prevents avoidable outages, missed renewals, and embarrassing audit findings.
