Players see live availability, join a waitlist, and get notified when spots open—reducing angry walk-ins and front-desk chaos. The app also supports low-friction resident verification (zip code or membership ID), basic incident notes, and lightweight reporting (peak hours, no-show rates, program demand). This is not a fancy “marketplace”; it’s operations software for under-resourced facilities that currently rely on paper sign-up sheets, spreadsheets, and phone calls. Monetization is straightforward: facility subscriptions with optional SMS add-ons and multi-site pricing for city parks departments.
