CivicSec

CivicSec helps schools, employers, and local governments check whether policies and communications unintentionally privilege or burden specific religions or nonreligion. Upload a policy (or paste text) and run a “Secular Fairness Audit” that flags likely issues: coercion risk, unequal accommodation, viewpoint discrimination, and ambiguous language that triggers conflict. It then generates a plain-language report with suggested revisions and citations to relevant legal/HR guidance (jurisdiction-aware where possible) plus a checklist for implementation. The app also includes a lightweight incident log so teams can track complaints and outcomes over time, creating defensible documentation. This is a web app with optional mobile companion for quick incident capture. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts and flags, humans approve and export final reports.
