CivicSprint

CivicSprint is a mobile + web app that turns civic education into short, practical “drills” tied to where you live: how your city council works, what a school board controls, how a bill becomes a local ordinance, and what offices actually affect rent, policing, and taxes. Users pick a location and interest (housing, climate, schools), then complete bite-sized lessons followed by quick comprehension checks and “do this next” actions (find your rep, attend a meeting, submit a comment). It avoids partisan persuasion by focusing on process, powers, and verified primary sources (agendas, minutes, budgets). An AI layer summarizes dense public documents into plain-language briefs with citations and highlights what changed since last meeting. Schools and nonprofits can assign modules and track completion with lightweight reporting.
