ClaimBoard is a mobile + web app for managing territory and ownership in shared environments—coworking offices, labs, studios, maker spaces, dorms, and shared apartments. Users reserve and label “micro-territories” like desks, lockers, shelves, fridge zones, tool drawers, and parking spots with time-bound claims and simple rules (e.g., max 3 days on a shelf, auto-release if unused). QR stickers link physical spaces to digital claims, so anyone can scan to see who owns it, until when, and how to request a swap. The app logs disputes and provides lightweight escalation: reminders, policy prompts, and admin review for repeat offenders. It’s intentionally boring and operational—focused on reducing friction, lost items, and passive-aggressive notes, not “social” features. Pricing targets organizations that need accountability without expensive access-control systems.
