ClaimCharge is a mobile + web app that helps EV buyers and lessees actually capture incentives instead of just reading about them. It walks users through eligibility, collects the right documents, and generates a ready-to-submit “claim packet” for federal, state, utility, and local programs. The app tracks deadlines, missing items, and status so users don’t lose money due to paperwork errors or forgotten submissions. It also includes a dealer/lessor mode: users can forward a standardized checklist to the dealership to confirm point-of-sale credit handling and lease passthrough terms. This is not a magic button—many incentives still require manual submission and slow agency processing—but it reduces confusion and prevents common mistakes. Revenue comes from a paid “filing assistant” tier and optional concierge review for complex cases.
