ClaimFit is a mobile + web app that converts your health insurance plan details into a personalized preventive-care checklist: annual physical, screenings by age/sex/risk, vaccines, dental/vision, and covered labs. Users upload an insurance card and (optionally) a plan PDF; the app extracts benefits, copays, and in-network rules, then builds a calendar with “book-by” dates and estimated out-of-pocket costs. It also stores prior completion dates (self-entered or imported) to avoid duplicate tests and flags when a provider tries to bill something that should be preventive. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for document parsing and benefit summarization, while the workflow remains straightforward and auditable. The goal is not to diagnose—just to reduce the friction and confusion that keeps people from using covered preventive care.
