ClaimForge is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) that helps SMBs prepare and file cyber insurance claims faster by turning messy incident response artifacts into insurer-ready claim packages. It connects to common tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Okta, Jira/ServiceNow, AWS) to pull logs, alerts, tickets, timelines, and invoices. It then guides users through a structured “claim checklist” that matches typical policy language (notification windows, panel vendors, proof of loss, business interruption, ransomware extortion documentation). An AI layer drafts the incident narrative, builds a timestamped timeline, flags missing evidence, and generates a standardized claim binder PDF/ZIP. The app also tracks deadlines, communications, and vendor spend to reduce denial risk. This is not a breach detection product; it’s a post-incident claims operations tool designed to reduce friction between insureds, brokers, and carriers.
