ClaimLane is a mobile + web app for car-sharing hosts, small fleets, and renters to document vehicle condition and resolve damage claims fast. It guides both parties through a standardized check-in/out flow (photos, short video, mileage, fuel/charge, timestamp, location) and automatically produces a “condition packet” that’s hard to argue with. When damage is reported, the app creates a structured claim: before/after evidence, annotated images, repair estimates, and a clear timeline. It also offers a lightweight negotiation workflow (offer/counter/accept) and exports insurer-ready PDFs. This is not a magic “replace insurance” product—it's a documentation and workflow tool that reduces he-said-she-said, speeds payouts, and lowers admin time. Monetization: per-claim fee or monthly subscription for hosts/fleets, with optional integrations for platforms via API.
